After emailing and calling, I finally made an appointment with Dral. I was unfamiliar with the store, but was pleasantly surprised by the selection, the friendly and knowledgeable staff, and—especially—Tim ​​Dral, who gave me excellent advice. I'm now zooming around the Zaan region and surrounding area on a Gazelle Paris C7 Plus (which was also delivered quickly). Even after purchasing, Tim remains available for questions (even the silly ones ;-)) and responds quickly. What fantastic service! My parents recently bought two new electric bikes (Sparta) here. The owner was incredibly helpful; nothing was too much trouble, and the advice was excellent. This is a service you rarely find these days. The prices are also great, and we were able to trade in our old bikes. A big thumbs up for Dral! The Möhlmann Family

Deal Fietsen is a great shop: affordable, reliable, and with excellent service. You can have your bike repaired with peace of mind ♥️; it always works out fine. They also sell new and used bikes. The people who work at Dral are relaxed and willing to help, which I really appreciate. I've been going there for years.

This is best company . I asked for a piece, and the bespectacled red-haired gentleman was very helpful to me. They really help with everything.
